- No. The published figures are institutional package totals paid upfront for the selected term. Annual and monthly figures are equivalents only.
- Does the package include Microsoft licenses?
- That is configured per institution. Your proposal states whether licenses are included, customer-owned, or quoted separately.
- Is the six-year term a Microsoft license term?
- No. It is a Klyntara managed-service commitment. Underlying Microsoft subscription terms are tracked separately.
- When does service start?
