Klyntara is the seller of the managed-service package described in an approved proposal. Microsoft remains the provider of Exchange Online, Outlook, and related cloud services.
Payment through Stripe confirms the commercial order. The service start date follows the effective-date rule in the proposal and authorised operations after tenant preparation.
To replace this draft, an operator publishes an approved version from the console and sets LEGAL_APPROVED=true only after counsel review.
