Draft — not approved for live sales
Service schedule
Draft schedule for service hours, reviews, and handover. No 24/7, unlimited-support, or availability SLA is offered unless this schedule is approved with those commitments.
These pages are structured drafts for a Kenyan seller. They reflect intended operations, not a completed legal review. Do not treat them as automated legal compliance.
Klyntara is the seller of the managed-service package described in an approved proposal. Microsoft remains the provider of Exchange Online, Outlook, and related cloud services.
Payment through Stripe confirms the commercial order. The service start date follows the effective-date rule in the proposal and authorised operations after tenant preparation.
To replace this draft, an operator publishes an approved version from the console and sets LEGAL_APPROVED=true only after counsel review.
